How we work

Ten steps from survey to handover.

Every project follows the same path. We validate the BOQ and the site before we install, so problems are found on paper, not on site.

Understand

Brief and space study

We study the space, the drawings and what the room has to do: who uses it, how, and for what.

You receive
An agreed brief.
We need from you
Drawings, if you have them, and a contact for the project.

Understand

Site survey

We visit the site and measure it. We check the structure, power, network, containment, acoustics and finishes.

You receive
A survey report with photos and measurements.
We need from you
Access to the site on a date that suits you.

Engineer

Design and BOQ

We design the systems and price them room by room.

You receive
The system design and an itemized bill of quantities (BOQ).
We need from you
Your comments on the design.

Engineer

BOQ validation

Before anything is ordered, we check the BOQ against the survey and the brief, so the numbers match the room.

You receive
A validated BOQ for your sign-off.
We need from you
Your approval to proceed.
GATENothing is ordered until the BOQ is validated and you have signed it off.

Engineer

Site-condition validation

We confirm the site is ready: power, network, containment, structure and finishes are in place and match the design. If something is not, we tell you what to fix before we install.

You receive
A site readiness checklist.
We need from you
The contractor or facilities team to close any open items.
GATEWe install only when the site is ready. If it is not, we tell you what to fix first.

Build

Third-fix installation

Once the finishes are complete, we fit the equipment: displays, LED, loudspeakers, microphones, cameras, control panels and racks.

You receive
Installed systems.
We need from you
A finished, accessible space.

Build

Termination and labelling

Every cable is terminated, connected and labelled.

You receive
Labelled, documented cabling.
Network switches and encoders patched in an equipment rack
In the rack: patching and terminations.

Build

Testing

We test each cable, signal path and device before the system is switched on for configuration.

You receive
Test records.

Deliver

Programming and configuration

We configure control, audio processing, video routing and network settings, and back up every configuration.

You receive
Backed-up configuration files.

Deliver

Commissioning and handover

We test the whole system, tune it for the room, train your users and hand over the documents.

You receive
As-built drawings, manuals, user training and a signed acceptance.
We need from you
Your users present for the training.
